A child's life should be safe and carefree. THe pinwheel is a symbol of the playfulness and joy of childhood. In April\, there are colorful pinwheels on display in communities throughout Georgia reminding us to value the children in our lives everyway all year long. We all have a role to play. Together\, we can assure the safety\, well-being and future of Georgia's Children.
