Join us for an empowering evening of learning, confidence-building, & personal safety at our Women in Business Self-Defense Class. Led by Sergeant Marc Pharr of Auburn, GA, & martial arts expert Kristian Woodmansee, owner of Anthem Martial Arts, this hands-on class will teach practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness skills, & strategies to help you feel strong, prepared, and confident in everyday situations.
